Lomas Data Products  RAM67

This was a high speed low power CMOS static RAM board with a capacity of 128K.

The board had an access time of 100 nsec and ran with the LDP 8086 Lightening 0ne CPU board at 100 MHz.  It was completely IEEE-696 compatible and could do 8 or 16bit data paths. It had Phantom disable and battery backup capability.
